Mike Pounds is an honest upfront person and understands what he is working with in The Villages. His workers are top notch folks and are very proficient. You get what you pay for, and most low bid contractors underestimate the actual costs of a project resulting in never ending add on costs. Mike's bid was a little higher than most, but well worth it. They show up, they return calls, and the workmanship is as good as it gets.
